A Thankful Tale
Bill Simmons

When I was young

“The dish ran away with the spoon.”

When I got older

The neighbor ran away with my wife.

I still believe

The cow jumps over the moon

And a cat can play the fiddle,

But I don’t laugh

“To see such sport”;

I thank him every day.
